the room was spacious and very clean. the location was convenient for visiting nearby restaurants. the pillows were comfortable, i am planning to buy some. the towels and linens were of great quality.
i was charged a $25 fee for smoking, but neither my coworker nor i smoked in the room. the front desk didn't refill the body wash dispenser in the shower. they also didn't have water bottles available one night, so we had to walk across the street to get some. it was cold and snowing that night.

the water taxi from the airport was convenient it brought me right to the hotel. the hotel's proximity to the italian area allowed me to easily find great restaurants. the front desk staff were helpful and quickly addressed an issue with the room safe.

My stay included a suite upgrade and it enhanced the experience. Jalycia handled my check-in efficiently! dorothy and manny recommended local dining options, a nice touch. i found the hotel very clean and the staff quite friendly.
I encountered an issue. The carpet near one area of the room was wet, not pleasant. it soaked my socks! i wish this had been addressed more promptly.

the location is near museums, the seaport, and fanueil hall, providing convenient access to several attractions. sitting outside and looking at the water was an enjoyable option. the hotel is located right on the wharf.
